As of the 15th of May 2017, Geoex has become the owner of MCG.

Multiclient Geophysical ASA has in letter dated 3 May 2017 pursuant to the Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4), cf. the Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for delisting of the company's shares from Oslo Axess. Last day of listing will be 5 May 2017.

The Board of Directors of MultiClient Geophysical ASA (MCG) approved the 2016 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") on April 20, 2017.

MCG Barents Sea West Forum is a geologically driven/oriented forum that will focus on the exploration opportunities in the western part of the Barents Sea. This highly prolific and under-explored area will play a key role in the development of the Barents Sea as the future main oil and gas producing province on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
